Struggling with Maths and want that A?

Ms. Liw is committed to helping you prepare for that prelims and 'A's / promos, once you sign up with her. She may not be a NIE-trained school lecturer, she may not have tonnes of revision materials up her sleeve (hey, that's what your school lecturers and tutors are for!), but she has a knack for explaining and helping her students understand Maths concepts, equipping them to tackle those questions on their own in the exam hall.

Ms. Liw believes that all students can get that A or B in Maths, as long as they put their efforts in the right places. She is rather clueless about disciplining students (nope, can't handle young kids who don't want to study) and especially enjoys teaching self-motivated students. Her tuition sessions are mostly Q&A sessions, where her students are expected to have read up their lecture notes and attempted their tutorials, and only after that approach her for points they are unclear about and questions they get stuck on. Her tuition sessions are not baby-sitting sessions where she reads the notes together with the student. (Come on, you can do that on your own!)

If you have run into problems while studying for your Maths and want some guidance to help you improve your grade / secure that A, Ms. Liw is confident of helping you. Ms. Liw is returning from a one-year work stint in Japan to embark on full-time tutoring in Singapore, hence she is now on a recruitment drive. Read more details and how to sign up here!

  1. The change of environment can help to make them feel less threatened and perhaps more willing to offer suggestions. Managed in the right way, trails present a golden opportunity to enrich mathematical talk. help me with math
